Refund & Return Policy

At Rose Laces, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed our policies to be transparent, fair, and aligned with standard eCommerce and Razorpay guidelines.

❌ Order Cancellation:   We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order before it is processed or dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@roselaces.in with the subject line:

“Order Cancellation – Order #[Your Order Number]”

Please note:  Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Prepaid orders cancelled within this window will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

💵 Refund Policy

Your happiness is important to us. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Refunds: If your order is cancelled before shipping.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, and it is reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. If a return is approved after proper inspection of the returned item.

⛔ Non-Refundable Conditions:  Opened or used products (especially hair accessories or earrings for hygiene reasons). Custom, personalized, or clearance sale items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔁 Return & Exchange Conditions: Returns are accepted only under certain circumstances Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Earrings, hair accessories, and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable unless faulty.

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at contact@roselaces.in

        2.Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

        3.Include: Full name, order number, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We are not liable for any items lost in transit.

⏳ Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (subject to bank processing times).

For UPI and card payments via Razorpay, refunds are automatically sent back to the source account.

We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds if the product does not meet the policy conditions.
